Firstly, What is Moonlighting? How it came into action?

Wipro’s executive chairman Rishad Premji reasoned out by telling that these employees are violating the policy of the ( NDA )non-disclosure agreement that states those who are appointed as an employee in the company will keep the work and the source to themselves.
Disclosure of the terms and conditions will violate the policy in return the employee will get dismissed from the position. Wipro also faces the same legal ritual and dismisses 300 employees because of policy violations.

Now all the sectors are working with transparent laws and want to benefit the right approach from the employees.
