OSSSC Group C Job Profile

The work profile for OSSSC Group C varies based on the department.
 

OSSSC Group C Posts	Job Profile
Statistical Field Surveyor	To carry out the Crop Cutting Experiment. To conduct Land Use Utilization Survey Work, and any other Adhoc survey work as given by the office.
Assistant Revenue Inspector	All taxes in his jurisdiction are assessed and collected under his supervision.  He is in charge of assessing all new buildings, as well as those that have had additions or changes made to the existing structure, in a timely and accurate manner.
Amin	Organizing surveys and investigating real estate. Document and report creation Conducting in-depth surveys to know more about various properties and objects.
Forest Guard	The OSSSC Forest Guard protects the animals and vegetation.  They are required to keep an eye on the forest and report any unusual activity.
Excise Constable	Excise Constables are expected to carry out the same responsibilities as police constables.  The Deputy Excise Commissioner oversees their performance and responsibilities.
