UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist 2025: Important Instructions for Candidates

The admit card is a crucial document for attending the exam, and candidates must carry a printed copy to the examination center. In addition to the admit card, candidates should also bring a valid photo ID card (such as an Aadhar card, voter ID, passport, or driver’s license), the number of which will be mentioned on the e-admit card.

If there are any discrepancies or issues with the admit card, candidates are advised to contact UPSC immediately via email at usgeol-upsc@nic.in. for assistance.

In case the photograph on the admit card is unclear or missing, candidates must bring two identical photographs to the exam venue. These will be used for pasting on the undertaking form provided at the exam center.

Candidates should arrive at the examination center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not be allowed entry once the gate is closed.
Candidates need to note that no valuables, electronic devices, or restricted items (like mobile phones or digital watches) are allowed inside the examination center. Only essential items—such as the e-admit card, identification proof, pens, and pencils—are permitted.
